Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time we receive your order confirmation. Personalized order will be finalized within 3 business days. Once your order goes into production, you can expect to receive it in 5-8 business days.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

On occasion during peak periods delays can often happen. This is due to warehouse restrictions. Also, shipping delays can often happen during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5.20 flat rate shipping to the USA & Canada. Free Shipping may occasionally be offered as a promotional campaign.

International Shipping


We do not currently offer international shipping. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges for Personalized items

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for personalized items unless there is a defect in the actual product. Please double check your design before submitting your order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
